This hybrid ceramic design material is a combination of 60% microfine ceramic and modern 3D polymers. This combination makes HyCeram® the ideal material for fine watches, jewellery and writing instruments, as well as having uses in the medtech and automotive industries. Considering its design features, HyCeram® impresses with its color intensity and color stability, a pleasant feel and a surface hardness of 410 N/mm²

LuxArt®

design composite with 35% ceramic content

Designed for sophisticated jewellery manufacture, LuxArt® has a 35% ceramic content and organic matrix, luxurious color qualities and a surface hardness of 210 N/mm². Used directly from the cartridge and hardened using efficient blue-light curing; color-intensive, opaque or semitransparent objects can be quickly and easily manufactured. Suitable for use in artist´s workshops, in factories and industrial work processes.

LuxArt Color Range

The new gold standard for jewelry and watch commpanies.

With 35% ceramic content and organic matrix, LuxArt® combines the processing benefits of Luxon® with more hardness and abrasion resistance. Its composition makes LuxArt® even better suited for creative designs with opaque surfaces. The design material is blue light curing and has a surface hardness of 210 N / mm².

Create dramatic and distinctive color accents on watches, items of jewellery or accessories with Luxon. With its 10 stunning designer colors and 5 eye-popping
neon colors, you have the freedom to produce your own individual color design.
All Luxon colors can be blended with each other. The addition of Luxon pure clear
or atlas white produces individual transparency or pastel effects.
We can create them for you based on color samples or Pantone/RAL color codes.

The design material Luxon® is versatile. Color intensity can be controlled by varying the different layer thicknesses of the standard colors. We also produce custom Luxon® colors to match specific Pantone or RAL codes.

Curing Steps

It is easy as A-B-C.

Curing Luxon® depends on the color and thickness of the material. Depending on the desired effect requires one or more layers of material and corresponding exposures to the blue light.

1 .Sandblast the metal surface including side walls
2. Ultrasonic cleaning
3. Application of Luxon® Link
4. Application of HyCeram® Bond
5. Light curing with UV light
6. roll off the inhibited layer
7. Application of Luxon® on jewelery blank (ATTENTION: please note the different layer thicknesses)
8. Light curing for 60 sec.
9. Wipe off the smear layer
10.Grinding
11. Polishing
